Held on the third Friday of each month, these creative workshops offer a relaxed space to explore wellbeing through making and reflection.

In September join us for a gentle, creative session exploring vision boarding.
Gain insights into your own personal understanding of vision boarding. At the end of this session, you will have developed your own vision board which incorporates a connection to yourself, your purpose and your intentions for the future.
No experience needed - just come as you are and get creative.
