In July join us for a gentle, creative session exploring mandalas.

Mandalas are circular designs found in many cultures that can be used as a creative tool for reflection, grounding, and self-expression. In this course, you’ll use natural materials to create your own mandala and explore how connecting with nature can support your wellbeing. Through creative activities and group discussion, you’ll reflect on your personal understanding of recovery and discover simple ways to feel more connected - to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.

No experience needed - just come as you are and get creative.
