In June we’ll be exploring Neurographic Art - a simple, accessible creative practice designed for everyone, whether you consider yourself an artist or not.

Neurographic art is a calming drawing method that supports stress relief, mindfulness, and emotional processing through flowing lines and gentle creative focus. You’ll learn how to use this technique as a practical tool for everyday wellbeing.

No experience needed - just come as you are and get creative.
