Join us for our monthly ART SHIFT Free Sessions!
Held on the third Friday of each month, these creative workshops offer a relaxed space to explore wellbeing through making and reflection.
In our May session, we’ll explore essential oils. You’ll be guided through creating your own personalised scent roller bottle to take home.
No experience needed - just come as you are and get creative.
