About the event

Join us for Forget-Me-Not Memory Cafe

Looking for a supportive, friendly space for you or a loved one living with dementia? Join us once a month at our local cafe for Forget-Me-Not - a relaxed, welcoming session for people living with memory loss, their carers, and loved ones.

Share a coffee, enjoy some food, and connect with others who understand. Every session is about support, friendship, and simply spending a few casual hours together.

Drop in anytime 10am - 12pm each 3rd Tuesday of the Month

Come along and be part of our community - everyone is welcome!

(Please Note - this is NOT a drop and run session)
