About the event

The Human Library® is a global movement for social change - and it’s exactly what it sounds like: a library of people.

At this free event, Readers can “borrow” a Book for a 30-minute conversation, hearing personal stories, asking questions and exploring experiences different from their own.

With the support of Librarians, conversations happen in a safe and respectful space where curiosity is welcomed, stereotypes can be challenged, and people can connect through shared humanity.

Come along and “unjudge” someone. Register at https://events.humanitix.com/human-library-book-cafe-h8tpq8zr

We acknowledge the Whadjuk Nyoongar people as the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters where we live, work, and connect. We pay respect to Elders past and present, and recognise the ongoing strength and leadership of Aboriginal people, including emerging leaders. We commit to listening, learning, and acting in solidarity.
